All Malas in the collection are handmade to order. Each gemstone is carefully handpicked and selected and each knot is tied with
love & positive intentions. We have Malas with 6mm and 8mm beads, with rudraksha seeds and/or semi-precious gemstones.

‘Sukha Rocks comes from a passion for creating something beautiful and meaningful at the same time. This passion combined with the love for crystals is how
my journey in Mala making started.’

Create Your Own Spiritual Ritual

Everyday we practice many kinds of rituals, they are a part of our daily life and routines. We get up, get dressed, eat breakfast, brush our teeth, start our tasks or work etc.
We do all these rituals without giving it too much thought or intention. We can add a completely different type of ritual to our life, which is a Spiritual Ritual.
This is a way to bring meaning and awareness in to small daily acts and to settle the mind or manifest positivity.
In the shop there are some beautiful handmade Floral Smudge Bundles and Gift Sets available.
They can become a part of such a Spiritual Ritual, by using it to cleanse your room or sacred space
and inviting in positive energy and intentions.

Japa Mala Meditation

Can you sit still? Can you observe the mind and the chatter or does it seem like you get stuck in there? There are many different ways to practice stillness or meditation, many different techniques
and practices, depending on how you feel or what you prefer.

Using a Mala for meditation can be a great way to keep the mind focused.
Here is an example of a simple Mala meditation with the focus on your breath:

1. Let your Mala drape across your fingers so you can move it easily.
2. Complete one full breath (inhale + exhale)
3. Move your fingers to the next bead after each full breath
4. Finish at the Guru bead to complete 108 breaths.

“Creating is a part of my own spiritual practice, an intention with each knot I tie. It gives such great joy to know this
Mala is a part of someone else’s practice or personal journey.”
